1. laser THC 2. support speed upto 12m/min 3. anti-collision function 4. use laser head as sensor ring This is newest laser THC,  with accuracy 0.1mm. Comparing to CHC-200D, it has follow improvements, 1,         Increased more indicators to shows different states of THC.

2,         Output of collision-alarm, which is optical isolation output from THC, can be sent to CNC Alarm input to freeze machine’s move. This signal is effective on both manual/auto mode. The max output is 200mA, capable to drive most relays.

3,         Anti-collision function. On manual/auto mode, when metal or low-conductive item like hand touches sensor ring, THC would send out collision signal and lift torch up until no collision exist.

4,        When HF cable is disconnected or weakly connected, it would be indicated on the disconnection indicator. So after installation of HF cable, just shake the HF cable, the connection will be showed by the indicator.

5,         Sensitive and Accuracy is increased 100%.

6,         CHC300 uses programmable logic design, which is adjustable according to customer’s request. It can be controlled by High/Low Level, and limit/auto signal can be normally open or closed, without any change on circuit, and still with high reliability on anti-interference.

It supports YAG/fiber/co2 laser cutting below 12m/min. On laser cutting, it needs DC motor and ball-screw to secure the motor starts with low voltage(better below 2v). And it will not use sensor ring, but needs customer to design the sensing device, we can offer design diagram for reference.  

History of HYD Torch height controller

1996 made first capacitive torch height controller (Analog circuit);

1998 made first arc voltage torch height controller (Analog circuit);

2003 designed SCM based PTHC (Ontime);

2004 set up HYD.CNC Tech Co, stopped developing of immature Ontime THC, and returned to Analog Circuit design, developed XPTHC-100 and CHC-200D, and simplified XPTHC-II

2006 made XPTHC-100II, CHC-200DII, and XPTHC-III;

2008 made capacitive CHC-300 for laser cutting;

2009 started to co-design THC with Messer China, and developed XPTHC-200; Koike started to use CHC-200DII

2010 made XPTHC-100III

2011 Made new generation THC, XPTHC-300, and CHC-200E.

2012 designed DC version cap THC for Zinser, and new laser CHC-300.
